User Registration

If you register an account with us, there you will be able to access your purchase history and view your details. Please note we do not hold your card details. We know you’ll do this anyway but we need to highlight that it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and Amorphous Soaps cannot be held responsible if your account is hacked. See how we handle your personal information in our Privacy Policy.

Whilst having an account does speed up the checkout experience it is not essential and purchases can be made without one.


Products

All our products are handmade, hand-cut, hand-labelled & packed by us, therefore, size, shape and design may vary from product to product. All our products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We manage our stock levels online, however, in the unlikely event your order is out of stock we will contact you to make you aware, you will have the choice to wait for the new batch, make another choice or accept a refund.

We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.


Product Descriptions 

We at Amorphous Soaps are not medical or healthcare professionals and do not claim that the use of our products may have a positive effect on pre-existing physical and/or mental health conditions. The information in our listings pertains to the properties of specific ingredients used in the product. This is of particular relevance to our facial products. Whilst no medical claim can be made, we select ingredients known for complementing skin types.

Giveaways

From time to time we may advertise giveaway competitions. These will be coordinated via social media and and such no personal information will be kept on participants, other than social media handles. We will request name and address of the competition winner in order to send the gift. These details will not be kept by Amorphous Soaps for any other reason than the giveaway. We would request the winner publish a social media post as proof of giveaway results.
